Engineered timber flooring features a surface layer of genuine hardwood atop an engineered base. Utilizing woods like oak and spotted gum, these products offer an eco-friendly alternative for achieving the aesthetic and texture of classic solid timber flooring.

Regular engineered timber flooring is not recommended for areas prone to excessive moisture, such as bathrooms, laundries, or outdoor areas exposed to the elements. It is suitable for kitchens, although we recommend cleaning any spills immediately.

In many cases, timber can be installed over existing floors, provided the existing floor is level, clean, and in good condition. One of our team members will let you know during your free measure whether additional floor prep is required.
